Ohio Wesleyan prepares students to live, lead, and prosper in a global society. Students from around the world have been coming to Ohio Wesleyan for more than 150 years, and today, they help to create an international living and learning community on our campus.

Currently, students from about 30 nations are enriching Ohio Wesleyan University with their talents and perspectives. And we are part of a richly diverse central Ohio community in which more than 100 languages are spoken.

The Ohio Wesleyan curriculum is also focused on global issues and experiences. Students have multiple opportunities to "Go Global" and study abroad. Our Global Scholars Program funds student projects around the world and brings international scholars to OWU. And we offer majors in fields such as International Relations and International Business, with students conducting research around the world in almost every field of study, from Accounting in Australia to Zoology in Zimbabwe.

After four years of study, our graduates leave Ohio Wesleyan University ready to make a difference in the world.

"I'm a citizen of the world, happiest when I’m immersed in anything 'international,' whether traveling, watching foreign films, reading, or cooking or eating international foods. My favorite Delaware, OH restaurants are Typhoon and 1808 Bistro.
