Ohio Wesleyan’s student body of fewer than 2,000 students includes 10 percent international students from more than 57 countries. How does Ohio Wesleyan define an international student? If you are not an American citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee in the U.S., you would be considered an international student. I’m an American citizen and have lived overseas all my life. Am I considered an international student? Do I apply as an international student? OWU has many American students who have lived, or currently are living, abroad. Your international experiences make you a valued member of our community. Although Ms. Grace Poling, Director of International Recruitment, will be your admission counselor, you should apply as an American student. |
